Our Team

Ahmed Habeeb – Founder & Managing Director
Ahmed has over seventeen years of experience in management consulting, advising public sector corporation, Federal Ministries, MNCs and local business groups. Prior to founding ACE Consultants, he was associated with Sidat Hyder Morshed Associates for eight years.

Ahmed has worked on several capacity building projects funded by the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank. He has also successfully led and completed projects for clients in UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Habeeb holds a BBA (Hons) and an MBA from Institute of Business Administration and has also completed Intermediate examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.

S. Murtaza H. Hasany
Murtaza has a diversified work portfolio spanning over 20 years now. During his professional career, he has worked in pharmaceutical, food manufacturing and engineering companies holding different management positions in functional areas of Human Resource Management, Employee & Industrial Relations, Administration and General Management. He has also worked on a couple of European Commission and World Bank funded Capacity Building & Training related assignments meant for Government of Sindh.

Since June 2008, he is associated with our Firm as Associate Principal. In his current role, he is responsible for creating synergy with client companies on business assignments, smooth execution of the projects, coordination between designated team members & the clients and ensuring accuracy, quality and timely submission of deliverables.

Murtaza holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration (MPA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Law & Legislation (LLB) from the University of Karachi. He is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) from PIQC-NED, Karachi. He has also done two post graduate diplomas in ‘Personnel Management & Administration’ and ‘Labor Administration & Industrial Welfare’ from Institute of Management Sciences (IMS), and from National Institute of Labor Administration Training (NILAT), Karachi, respectively.

Subhan Uddin Khattak
Subhan is a highly proficient resource with excellent sourcing capability. Subhan has around 6 years of extensive experience in Executive Search and Placement for national, multinational and international clients. He sources top to middle management level resources across all functions for major sectors which include banking & finance, information technology, textiles, automobiles, petroleum, and food manufacturing.

In his current role, he works in close proximity with the clients to understand their resource requirements, sources it using extensive search tools & techniques, screens & short lists them, takes initial interviews and refers the most suitable prospective candidates to the clients for further processes at their ends. Subhan has also carried out several Compensation & Benefits Surveys for leading companies in FMCG, Textiles, Telecom/ISP, Chemical and Energy sectors.

Subhan is a Commerce graduate (B.Com.) from University of Karachi and is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Business Administration(MBA). He also has a Certification in Human Resource Management under the Continuous Professional Development Program (CPD) of University of Karachi besides attending a workshop on ‘Assessing Personality Traits in Recruitment & Selection’ to further hone his skills in Executive Search.

Nasir Khan
Nasir has over 6 years of work experience and has expertise in creating different types of documentations such as reports, presentations, summaries etc. He is currently supporting the Recruitment team and maintaining data base of CVs. He sources and interacts with candidates and completes initial steps of recruitment and selection process. He is proficient in the use of office based soft wares and can handle all types of trouble shooting with regard to computers, networks, hardware and software.

Nasir holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com.) from the University of Karachi along with a Diploma in Textile Designing from Pakistan Bedwear Designing & Training Institute of Pakistan, Karachi.

Syed Taha Shah
Taha has multiple interests in the areas of Accounts & Finance and Human Resource Management. He has around 4 years of work experience with a national manufacturing giant in home appliance. Since last two years, he is associated with ACE Consultants, supervising database management activities and is involved in Compensation & Benefits Surveys and tabulation & analysis for the results. He is also responsible for data storage up-gradation activities. He looks after all the MIS needs and extends support to the entire ACE team. He has worked in ERP environment and has experience of implementation of ERP and HRIS. He is proficient with usage, installation and trouble shooting of various soft wares commonly used in office environment and especially in the field of Accounting.

Taha is a Commerce graduate (B.Com.) from University of Karachi and is at the tail end of completion of his Master’s degree course in Business Administration (MBA) from Iqra University, Karachi, with specialization in Finance.
