This position requires a fine blend of knowledge of Quality Management Systems and pertinent business acumen. The prospective candidate must have profound technical insight, knowledge and experience of GMP, Kaizan, Lean Sigma, TQM and ISO 22000 & FS22000. To implement, monitor and improve the systems on continuous basis, to create broad understanding of CIP culture across company and to prepare & handle respective certifications and audits, forms the building blocks of this job. Personal qualities such as leadership, analysis, training delivery, passion for improvement, persistent endurance are required
